Meet Together
Mediation is scheduled around your schedule, in person or by zoom. Everyone shares their view and the mediator guides the conversation towards understanding.

Reach an Agreement
If you and the other party reach an agreement that works for you, the mediator will write it up with clear expectations on next steps for everyone to sign.
Share Your Perspective
Your mediator hears your side of the story privately before anything else happens, and contacts the other party to do the same
